  • The Project AM2R website. Downloads have been taken down, though technically no cease-and-desist order has been issued.
  • Trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified, the poorly-received PS Vita shooter.
  • TheKappa was mistaken: Nintendo didn’t issue C&Ds or DMCA takedown notices for let’s plays; they merely placed copyright claims on them, which under YouTube’s system meant ad revenue accrued to them instead of let’s players. (Source: Kotaku) They then reversed course and allowed revenue sharing in a 70/30 agreement, but for all videos on a let’s player’s channel, not just Nintendo ones. (Source: Game Rant)
  • Super Metroid at SGDQ 2016. (Run by oatsngoats, sweetnumb, zoast, and Behemoth87; Source: Games Done Quick on YouTube)
  • Kaizo Mario World (a.k.a. “Asshole Mario”) is a series of ROM hacks for the SNES.
